The Valleyview condo building, at 101 McIntyre Drive Mackenzie BC V0J 2C0, is located on a slight rise overlooking the community of Mackenzie. The building is a three-story building with all units above ground. The main entry is level and leads directly to the ground floor units. A generous sized elevator across the hall from the main entrance access the second and third floors. Stairwells are located by the main entrance and at both ends of the building where there are additional entrances. The ease of entry coupled with the elevator make the building wheel chair friendly.

Much had happened since this blog was last updated. Construction of the connector road between Fort St. James & Mackenzie has commenced. The pulp mill in Mackenzie has been purchased by Paper Excellence and will resume pulp production. These events have brought many people back to Mackenzie with the result that demand for both purchase and rental property has increased significantly. This trend is likely to continue as Conifex expect to be operating the ex abitibi sawmill in the 3^rd qtr of this year and Terrane Metals Mount Milligan mine site will also commence construction this year.

It is really quite remarkable how quickly Mackenzie has returned to an active and vibrant town, it is a tribute to all the local authorities who have worked hard to attract business that these events have taken place.

Valleyview has always enjoyed a good reputation as a well built, well managed building with a high occupancy rate and a low turn over.
